Photography Tips!
I work from photograph and your images will be copied exactly. Since I only know your pet/animal/person through your photos, it’s very important that you send quality images as reference! I am able to combine photos though, so as long as there are multiple decent photos sent… that should be sufficient. If you have questions about quality, please email me beforehand and we can discuss if I am able to work off your references.
PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY TIPS
LIGHTING
To prevent harsh shadows, natural, overcast lighting is ideal. However, if there is sun, your subject should be facing the sun.
SHOOT AT EYE LEVEL
The best photos are always taken at eye level. For pets and children, get down to their level!
USE A DECENT CAMERA
Smart phones are okay, as long as they are newer. Old smartphones do not have the technology to take a photo. Try opening the photo on a computer. If you can still see your subject clearly and the photo isn’t grainy, then the photo is of decent quality.
FOCUS
It is very important that the subject is in focus to capture all details.
