You should receive an email with your order confirmation and order number. If you do not receive one, please check your junk email and/or reach out.

For regular orders, please email contact@stacymariestudios.com immediately with your order number, if you notice that you have made an error with your shipping address. Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made.

For customs, yes. I will send a photo of your completed order before shipping. At which time you will be able to let me know if you have an address change to make.

Please note: address changes may result in a delay with packaging.

All customers receive a confirmation once shipped that include tracking (if selected).

If you have not received a shipping confirmation and more than 5 business days have passed, please reach out. Estimated shipping times are below under the Shipping and Returns section.

Turnaround is approximately 6-8 weeks from when you email a photo.

1. Portrait is ordered through my website
2. Photos are emailed to me: contact@stacymariestudios.com
3. I will advise if photos work or we are in need of more that may provide better details/reference
4. I will email a pencil draft before inking
5. Final image of portrait is emailed and then pick-up is scheduled or portrait will be shipped
6. The whole process will take about 6wks from receipt of photos unless an earlier date is requested and agreed upon

Yes. Payment plans are available through Sezzle at checkout for all products in my store.

• Free shipping for orders over $90 before tax and after discounts. 
• Orders are shipped using UPS, USPS, and Canada Post. 
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 
• Processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. 

I currently do not ship outside the US and Canada.

For orders below $90, standard shipping costs are:

• US - $11 USD
• Canada - $13 CAD
• Lettermail (no tracking) - $4 CAD

Duties into the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

• 8"x10" and 11"x14" prints are printed in house and hand signed after printing.
• 5"x7" prints are not signed after printing
• All artwork is drawn by Stacy Stranzl
• Limited Edition prints are numbered and include a Certificate of Authenticity. Once sold out, they are not reprinted.

Thrift shops, local art stores, and home goods stores are all great places to look for a frame! Because my prints are offered in standard frame sizes, it will be much easier for you to find a frame you love.
